we present it with style and elegance. We are pleased to offer a
wide array of menus to suit any style of event you are planning.
Whether it is a cocktail party for your birthday celebration or
a seated dinner for your wedding, our talented chefs, along with
the knowledgeable advice of our Event Specialists, can create a
menu perfectly designed to match the occasion. We can organise
kosher friendly, vegetarian and organic menus.
Our Wine Lists and accompanying beverage options have been
sourced to create varied and exceptional options. We love to
offer premium products that represent the best wineries and
breweries in Australia and New Zealand. The lists are designed
to offer fine wine and beer served as a beverage package over a
specified period. We place no limits on the quantity served,
however, we do advocate safe consumption and abide by RSA
(Responsible Service of Alcohol) guidelines.

We have a wide array of entertainment options designed to
lift your celebration and bring it to life. Our venue is
equipped with a premium sound system allowing for tailored
listening throughout. Perhaps you want the front bar as a
mingling space - a place of conversation. You might want the
rear space as a dance floor or entertainment space. We can
tailor the sound to accommodate your needs. We have a number of
DJs on our books that can play and mix music that will match
your event. Just let us know your preferences and we can find
the DJ best suited for you. Stretch your mind even further and
imagine a jaw-dropping floor show, ranging from a Middle Eastern
belly dancer or a sensuous contortionist to an awe-inspiring
fire twirling show. We can also find caricature artists and
henna tattooists. And we are always open to sourcing the latest
spectacles. |
